In no event shall Allclean Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service
Program Description
Allclean Inc. offers an SMS text messaging program to provide cleaning service order notifications to end-customers of cleaning companies that use the Allclean platform. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.
Consent
By signing in to book.allclean.app with your phone number, or by providing your phone number to a cleaning company using the Allclean platform, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages from Allclean related to your cleaning service orders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of messages: order confirmations, order links, appointment reminders, payment requests, order status updates, cancellation notices, and review requests.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per order placed through the platform.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START.
